Evangeline Sterling
CEO & Education Leadership Specialist
I am a native of Florida, and I am a retired educator who worked in Georgia’s School Districts for over 25 years. Once I retired, I started my own HVAC company, BJ&J Superior Heating & Air Services.
I have a long standing back ground in education. As a leader in early education, I earned an Education Specialist degree in Leadership and Supervision, Master’s degree in School Counseling (Jacksonville State University), certified in Special Education (University of West Georgia), and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (University of Florida).
In addition, I have several years of experience as an elementary educator at the district and school level as a former Early Learning Coordinator and Pre-Kindergarten Director. I have experiences as an Elementary Assistant Principal, Guidance Counselor, and Special Education Teacher.
An achievement that, I am very proud to share is the development of an interactive workbook title"100 Wonderful Words That Work". This workbook is designed to allow parents and children from birth to age eight an opportunity to explore Georgia's seventeen career clusters at an early age. I am a very energetic and enthusiastic advocate for young children.
I have been at the forefront of organizations that supports early learning as the foundation to success, and I have had success displayed through students’ academic data. I believe students should be empowered with knowledge so they may have a bright future no matter what their socioeconomic affiliation in society. Learning is a continuous process and children are a priority in this process.
