About Us

Educational Empowerment, Inc. is a 501c3/NonProfit organization located in Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is to provide resources to underserved students in an effort to maximize their learning potential.

The educational system is still recovering from the setbacks of Covid-19. It was hardest hit in 2020 when students nationally were abruptly taken out of the classroom and forced to adapt to digital learning. Students from low-income families have been affected the most. The targeted benefactor, for Educational Empowerment,Inc. is students in grades pre-K to twelve in underserved neighborhoods within the Metro Atlanta area. Students who receive free or reduced lunch and have been identified as reading or performing academically well below grade level will be our benefactors.

Our principal management team has been at the forefront of organizations that supports early learning as the foundation to success. We believe students should be empowered with knowledge so they may have a bright future no matter what their socioeconomic affiliation in society. Learning is a continuous process and children are a priority in this process.

Our Goals

Short Term Organizational Plan

Identify the specific needs of the school community by conducting a survey of local schools.
Partner with schools and community organizations to distribute educationalresources, such as textbooks and school supplies.
Organize volunteer tutoring sessions to provide extra support for students in need.
Develop and implement a system for tracking the distribution and use ofresources to ensure they are reaching the intended recipients.

Long Term Operational Plan

Establish a sustainable funding model, such as grant writing and fundraising events.

Expand the organization's reach by building partnerships with more schools and community organizations.
Develop educational programs, such as summer enrichment activities and
mentoring, to supplement the traditional classroom experience.
Invest in technology and digital resources to improve access to education for students in remote or underserved areas.
Create an evaluation system to measure the impact of the organization's programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes for students.
